1 in 4 women have abortions? Wow.

They tried to make it the central issue this year and it flopped.
And it will only get worse for them as time goes on. Women can no longer be fooled into believing some evil man is going to take their rights away from them when they are getting to vote for them directly. And it’s clear they liked it.

This more than any single issue has the Democrats absolutely frightened, they couldn’t even win with a woman presidential candidate screaming this.
They have lost their ace in the hole.

I had a conversation with a liberal friend last week.
She is convinced that the only way a woman could be elected POTUS is if that woman is running against another woman.

I had to hold my tongue during that conversation.

That woman needs to get back in the kitchen and fix your supper.

What are the Democrats going to do in two years now that the abortion issue has been obliterated as a national issue? This election more than anything proved that the Supreme Court opinion has been widely accepted. One of the Democrats most important issues that they like to use against their opponents is abortion and now they don’t have it. Kamala Harris ran almost completely on this issue. They should be very concerned.

Maybe use this to try and get voters to take the house and senate so they can say they codify abortion rights into law?

Sometimes i truly wonder if both sides almost prefer losing, so they have things to run on

Lol they had 50 years to try and codify it. Having the states do it is the best legal way and it’s clear women actually like it, much to the dismay of Democrats, who clearly understood the longer it went on that they were going to lose on this issue.

The majority of people in Florida voted for women’s right to choose, but since the state requires 60% it didn’t pass with the 57% who voted yes

It’s not as simple and positive as you’re making it out to be.

Yes, it is. It’s up to the states now.. it’s a dead issue. Women will be directly voting for their rights where they live. you’re talking about a procedural issue in the legislation in Florida has nothing to do with the whole country. The Democrats lost so resoundingly on this issue. They are stunned. Women voted for Trump and voted for their abortion rights or they didn’t vote for president at all.

Kamala made her whole candidacy about it. It was roundly rejected.

Yes it’s up to the states, I get it. But you saying women like it this way is not accurate. The majority of people voted for women’s choice in Florida and still did not win. I’m just saying it’s not as positive and clear cut as you’re saying, and I don’t think the issue will be over. Guess we’ll see though

Nope, it’s accurate, the Democrats have absolutely lost one of the tent poles of their platform, and the longer it’s in place the more in the rearview mirror this issue becomes in the national picture. You can disagree with me all you want, but these are the facts. Democrats better figure out a new strategy because they’re in the hole scaring women to death isn’t going to work anymore. Doesn’t mean there won’t be some screaming going on still but nobody is listening to them at this point so scream away.. the rest of the country has moved on.
If you couldn’t beat Donald Trump with it, you’re not beating anybody with it

Beating a dead horse. It was a losing issue yet they can't move on from the old talking points.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Because they can’t think for themselves. It’s a cult, and until the masters give them a new narrative to follow they continue to use the old one. It’s sad and pathetic.

Wrong, the majority of people who voted, not the majority of people.
And it’s even funnier he points out Florida as if Florida’s got anything to worry about Trump won by like 13 or 14 points,

Women in states that voted for their rights are not going to be worried about women in another state L O L. Sorry it doesn’t work that way.

Democrats want to make this a rallying cry for women and it’s never been it. As Each state votes for their rights. The issue becomes less and less important nationally. No politician is going to take that on at this point because it’s a loser for them.

The libs even put it out that Florida was in play for Harris. Amazing the BS they floated.
