With a 12:00 commit they might actually get there in the morning. The 10:30 commit ends up being airs on trace at 5 pm. Where did you hear this?

Seriously.... Why do we care so much? If UPS wants to go to a 12pm commit time than that's up to them.

We don't care about our production numbers but for some reason we care about a 10:30 commit time.
