yes for the most part UPS has traditionally had horrible PDS who get little to no support from their managers and DMs
Seems to be the same old story. Preload management interests vs. local sort management interests vs driver management interests vs building management interests vs PDS. And all of them conflicting with each other. No team and at least at our building preload looks amazing at the cost of all of the others. This company needs leadership change and to be restructured badly.
