2018 Contract leaks

Rick Ross

I'm into distribution!!
What really has hurt their image is having random dudes selling stuff they import from china to try to mAke a small profit on ...and if something goes wrong the consumer blames amazon naturally....

True, but they do little to stop it. Can you imagine how frustrating it has to be for a company to do this? At some point vendors will get fed up dealing with the bully!

Germany has ordered Amazon to stop taking advantage of people who can’t spell “Birkenstock”

File! File! File!
Math is here to save the day!

$35.71 X 45hrs = $1607.00

$1607.00 / 52weeks = $30.90

$30.90 / 45hrs (OT not calculated like vacation) = .68hr

.68hr raise on day one of the contract with no further raises

No :censored2:ing way
You would also have to calculate for the many younger drivers who will almost undoubtedly not recieve an extra week vacation or raise. = company wins big

Dead serious. UPS will sue the homeowner if you walk up an icey set of stairs and get hurt. So actually I'm protecting the customers from liability as well.

UPS don't sue anybody. You must be a real rookie. Its ALWAYS the drivers fault. That's why they make you memorize all that safety crap.

Well I question whether you were even a UPS driver because UPS did sue a homeowner in my area after a driver broke his arm after falling on their icey driveway. UPS sued a homeowner who's dog severely bit a driver too. The injury costs UPS money, so they want their money back. UPS is money hungry, like they arn't going to get it where ever they can. The only people who care about that safety crap are your immediate supervisors/managers because your injury affects their numbers. Upper management wants $$$ though. Non-disclosure agreements keep the company safe too. Get the BIG PICTURE old man.

We had a driver slip on icy steps...
UPS gives him a warning letter...it is the driver's fault, should have walked through the snow.

3 months later UPS sues the homeowner/homeowner's insurance for the driver's medical expenses and worker's comp pay...Homeowner should have taken care of the steps, it is their fault, UPS says.

They do sue the homeowners and blame the drivers too.

That's the first time I've ever heard of that.
