You have to formally protest any and all discipline---it is not automatic.

Then I assume you have not filed a grievance over these three warning letters.
Have you spoken with your Business Agent?
You say you received 3 warning letters already. Are they trying to discipline you again for the same "safety violation" at this local hearing?
You better start firing paper back at them and stop assuming the warning letters are automatically protested.
Contact your B.A.
And stop ALL unsafe behavior now.
You should be doing everything perfectly (according to methods) since they are targeting you.
