The history? I already know the pledge's history. Ohio's? It doesn't matter because in today's "politically correct" agenda the ACLU has not been able to remove God or the mention of God from either issue.

Realization is only for proven and witnessed items or issues.

There's a war. But it's unseen.
And for what it's worth: I believe that life is futile without a promise of something better after I quit breathing. This is my belief. I shouldn't be judged or mocked by those who don't believe the same way. But it happens here and in everyday living as well.

It bothers many that many others believe in God. It bothers me that many don't only because of what I believe is to come after they quit breathing. It's about compassion for others, not condemnation from and toward others. I'm not by any means perfect but in try to do better daily even when I fail.
