Our bids are lifetime bids. You can bid off but only after 6 months and you can turn down a won bid. They just move on to the next person. Our management loves this method because anytime someone retires or changes routes, they up the one vacated and pretty soon all routes are going to blow rhinos.

Would not like that at all. Here package bids every year, feeder bids every 6 months.

It's pretty nice. I mean every time someone retires or a new route is put up for bid you get a chance to bid.

Just put in your years as a cover driver until you find a route you'd like to bid.
