Not in a smaller center. Every feeder run we ever had started about 9 P.M.

Ours is earlier than that but we could have another that starts even earlier, as well as another overnighter, if our "local" didn't stick it sideways in the rears of all the extended centers.

Not unless they have depleted the bench and they are desperate !! Last two classes scheduled in the New England district got canceled and the Empire hired off the street !!

Really? How does one qualify Upstate? Experience In order: Preload, Package Car Driver, Then Feeder?

First of all go get a CDL permit so if the need of a school comes up your ready!! If you have a CDL already, let them know!! You will jump over senior guys who don't have one! They won't run a school if they have a bench !! And you will have to be trained but at a cheaper cost to the Empire cuz you already have a license !!!

Pay no attention and seek no feeder advice from Upstate. He's never driven anything bigger than a PC, but he loves to give his opinions on how to drive a rig.
