Third generation Cubs fan here. Grew up with Sandberg and Mark Grace posters on my wall. If they win it all, I will be getting some pennants and planting them at my grandparents graves. They were such huge fans, but never saw them win the big one.
The Schwarber injury sucks, but I do believe the team is deep enough to do well without him. It will be interesting to see if he ever catches again when he comes back.
