nope. triple crown in 1967. i may be wrong but i think he had an avg. of.321 with 44 hrs. tied with killebrew. cant remember rbis. maybe 127

.301 was 1968[/QUOTE
You were more correct than I was 44 homers .326 avg 121 rbi. I do know he won the AL batting crown in 68, the year of he pitcher, .301. Since I have floundered on this, you won't believe that I have forgotten more baseball than most people know. That my fairlady is a truth.

Been a Niners fan my entire life and and love Montana as well. He is the GOAT. But Young didn't make the decision to trade Montana. Young gave us many great years and a Super Bowl win.
Agreed, she simply said if Montana didn't go to KC he would have 5. We understand each other, she loves Joe, which is good for her. I think you know I love Mantle, who's yours?

I'm a Yankee fan, this is a baseball thread. I'm not complaining or bitching. I love a fan with passion, you have it. BTW, I'm a Green Bay fan, they have a great history also, a couple of goood QB's as well.
My old girlfriend, after I divorced adored Joe Montana, he kicks Brady's ass in my mind. Different era, I'd take Montana over Brady any day. My opinion.
How many mvps for Montana at 40?
How many NFC titles ?
