I don't see a lot of female outbound loaders. The females I see are preloaders.

They can't really refuse you access to water if you need water or to go to the bathroom. Union or no union.

At the bigger hubs they shut the entire belt system down and everyone goes on break at same time.

I think the contract says you get a break.
