Most the new guys in my center have work here less then a year and don't know what it means to be a ups driver. Took most of us here 8-10 years to go full time and really appreciate what this place has to offer.
most of the young guys are not in the union and hate all of us older drivers says seniority shouldn't matter when it's all we have here. So sad. hopefully with Hoffa
