The cradle changes our work more than a camera in the cab and it wasn't negotiated.
Either way it is over-supervision and should not be allowed. Especially since they are hiring a third party outside the company to monitor our activities.

They want to claim the camera is inactive? Then physically cover them with electrical tape.

UPS always micromanages every little detail. They will get flooded with information overload and won't have the time or people to watch everything. It probably will be used more as a harassment tool aimed at a few targeted individuals.
