Filed grievances and we'll see where it goes. Though it seems no one wants to actually talk about the issue. So what has your glorious union leaders done to stop this in its tracks?
That's the kind of thing that is easier preventing than trying to fix it later.Filed grievances and we'll see where it goes. Though it seems no one wants to actually talk about the issue.
Doesn't define "reasonable time" for switching on while sitting.Says it doesn't capture audio or video of the driver, but goes on to say there is an in-cab alert if it doesn't detect the presence of a seat belt. So it is clairvoyant?!
And it's not like the union didn't have time to investigate?Ups will always do what it wants to do. The union is always playing catch-up
And the senior drivers on average have the best safety track records. It's the newbie's crashing. There trying to fire the top rate drivers and bring in new guys just starting their progression. Keep costs down. Watch the drivers getting fired
I've been hearing this since 2013. Still haven't seen it.There trying to fire the top rate drivers and bring in new guys just starting their progression. Keep costs down. Watch the drivers getting fired
This is slam dunk over supervision right…Filed grievances and we'll see where it goes. Though it seems no one wants to actually talk about the issue.
I would have to agree that it's over supervision but nothing is a slam dunk. Especially when it seems the top echelon is quiet on the issue. Just one memo is all I've seen. Even the slates running in the IBT election seem uncharacteristically quiet about it.This is slam dunk over supervision right…
