Gilligan's Isle was about as wide as an aisle.

I have been to Gilligan's Isle. It is in a bay of Oahu. Not very big.

Looked it up. It's a peninsula. Just because "Isle" is in the name doesn't make it an isle. Just like a subdivision named "Happy Oaks" doesn't mean it's full of oak trees in a good mood.
