If any of you ever get the chance to try a Great Lakes Christmas ale do it. It's the best seasonal beer or beer I've ever had. Google it it beautiful.

My grandparents could vouch for that, but I wasn't old enough (in their eyes anyway)
In another thread I mentioned an oldschool Russian cold remedy of whole grain vodka, ginger root garlic etc. It is actually quite effective.
Potato pancakes doesnt need.............anything else to go with them. except more potato pancakes!

Had a chance to try Manyunk Siembra Rouge last night, along with a coffee Ale that was very good. The Manyunk is very similar to Monk's Cafe Sour Flemish Ale (if anyone has tried it), and very good. Wish I could remember what the coffee Ale was called. It probably won't be on tap the next time I go in there.
