I'm sure for him it's mostly about getting more exposure to Latin America banking, but crypto is big there and not going away.
It’s moving fast. There is a wall of $ being held up due to regulations. People will trip once it hits. This is a part of the build up of infrastructure.

Sounds like a great opportunity.
We will definitely see. With all these other countries eyeing this bond. Even if anyone has doubts the fact that they gave IMF the bird and buddies up north threatened seizure is crazy.
