So true. Very rarely do you see the captain in the guest areas. One thing about Celebration, we saw the captain many times. I think that is a good thing!

To where will you be cruising? I donāt consider myself a paranoid person, but with all the craziness going on in Israel, Gaza and that whole region, Iām a little nervous about taking my birthday cruise next year to Italy, Greece, etc. might have to do a cruise in this part of the world after all.

My wife did that one with 3 of her Aunts. She has been on 3 cruises and says that was her favorite one. I've been on 2 with her ----Alaska and Carribean. Carribean one sucked--Alaska was great.
How many Carnival cruises have you done? What, did you have one bad experience?
This will be Carnival cruise number 44 for me. I do admit tho, it is a young persons cruiseline, and I may be aging out. I've tried a couple others, it's WIFEY that hates to lose her Diamond status - I don't really care. My plan is to try them all. Did MSC this year, have a RCCL booked next year. Virgin and Celebrity after that.
