We had a preloader walk out during her shift last week. I would have loved to have had a chance to talk to her prior to her leaving to ask her why. Our center manager tried to do an exit interview but she simply handed over her scanner and ID badge and left.

I love waffles too. I just prefer people that are upfront. You never have to wonder how they feel about you. They're going to let you know, and not lie about it.
