I could bring back almost my whole route some days then. Some of my streets wouldn't see a plow for several days after it snows. At most a truck will have spread a little salt.

They usually just spread some salt and wait for it to melt. By the time they get around to plowing anything left is solid ice.

There was a stink about how the mayor's neighborhood got plowed when almost nothing else was.

Luckily that was where I delivered and not where I live.
