@Wally I'm thinking of fertilizing and seeding soon. What do you think. Nights are around mid 40s and days are around mid 60s. I think tall fescue would grow well but I could be wrong.

I want to get a jump on spring. ;)

No, hold off on any synthetic. You fed it in the fall.

You got bare areas? I don't know what the soil temp is, but what might work is to cover the patches with garden frost covers. Also called floating row covers.
