my friend gets 7 and i believe him.
I didn't pull the numbers out of thin air. There are other aspects to Swiss retirement accounts too. Besides an old age pension they have a fund that operates like a 401k that pays back to you amounts based on your contributions to it. Perhaps your friend's total payout is based on all of that. But both require you to put in the time and pay into the system. Something you aren't willing to do. You think it should be based on highly taxing the wealthy.

you could really use some left wing influence considering how far right youve gone
Trump won the popular vote and all of the swing states in November. Our voters said no to more left wing influence.
i think they dont like elites or harris. i think trump was worse to be honest.

Ah yes, the old “It’s not our ideology voters don’t like, it’s our messengers and messaging they don’t like” argument.

how many people voted btw?

Ah, the old “Everybody didn’t vote. The majority might really like leftism and communism” argument.

With all the Trump hatred why weren't they motivated to vote?
havent you heard? you cant vote against the interests of goldman sachs

seriously cornel west says we have spiritual black out so that should tell you something about the state of religion in america

if we had some kind of spiritual fortitude we would vote 3rd party.

90 million didnt vote because they actually understand neither kamala nor trump was going to do anything for them

“The 2024 presidential election featured sky-high turnout, approaching the historic levels of the 2020 contest and contradicting long-held conventional political wisdom that Republicans struggle to win races in which many people vote.

According to Associated Press elections data, more than 153 million ballots were cast in this year’s race between Republican Donald Trump, now the president-elect, and Democrat Kamala Harris, the vice president, with hundreds of thousands of more still being tallied in slower-counting states such as California. When those ballots are fully tabulated, the number of votes will come even closer to the 158 million in the 2020 presidential contest, which was the highest turnout election since women were given the right to vote more than a century ago.

“Trump is great for voter turnout in both parties,” said Eitan Hersh, a political scientist at Tufts University.”
