Same thing in my hub. Very few eligible or want to go driving.

Ive only been with UPS a couple of days but my hub has alot of older people thats is going to retire so ill be a driver fast and some people do not want to drive.

currently the highest seniority next to drive is a guy that wad hired in 2011

I call BS on this. 2011 next in line? You must be joking. I've been there since 07 and been waiting on my turn to go driving. Best believe there will be a grievance from me if anyone goes driving who was hired after me.

i also call bs, i know guys in southern cali hubs that have been there since 06-07 who are near the top of the waiting list. talked to one guy about 2 weeks
ago from one hub that did have to file, since he had a guy from 07 driving before him during peak even though my friend has more seniority and had passed
the test before this guy.
