Just saying old drivers are more inclined to tip vs the new drivers nowI’ve had years where I had a different loader every few months, still gave them a $20 even if they just happened to be my loader for peak.
Loading is probably the toughest job here, would feel bad if I didn’t do something. Plus, when I have a newbie at peak they usually give me more hours running misloads. $20 is a cheap thanks.
