He still isn't going to go out in a date with you...I’m giving my loader $200.
It’s not a fun job, and I can see he actually tries his best.

You have to give him hints of what the other guys gave you.I load 4 trucks, drivers usually give me 50 bucks each but the one guy retired and it a a relative newbie driver so he won't give me anything
No tip of Christmas time equals a crappy loadYou have to give him hints of what the other guys gave you.
Maybe if you worked 5 days a week...Used to tip my loader and helper. Now I never have the same one for very long so I haven't done it in a while.
Maybe if you worked 5 days a week...
Just saying
Worked with a driver who did this with his customers at Christmas. Saying to the customer “look what so and so down the street gave me for Christmas, wasn’t that nice of him.”You have to give him hints of what the other guys gave you.
I would never do that to myself customersWorked with a driver who did this with his customers at Christmas. Saying to the customer “look what so and so down the street gave me for Christmas, wasn’t that nice of him.”

"Guy down the street gave me a BJ. Wasn't that nice of her!"
Didn't work out too well.
They only give you all that because they assume you're broke since you won't retire.I would never do that to myself customers

That’s why I started giving lottery tickets. Most of those places give cops free coffee. Having cops around a lot can be a good thing.
If it was a guyNow that's a little bit more realistic
I've been on my route for a long timeThey only give you all that because they assume you're broke since you won't retire.
If it was a guy
"Acceptable Load" seems a good tip.Is this a thing of the past where you are located with what seems to be the revolving door of ups part time workers?
