Wats the golden rule?
It means dont be a hypocrite. If its bad for me then its bad for you.
Dont abuse workers.

The fact that workers are abused is a truism
But how are they abusing workers? Are they striking them? Chaining them to a work station? How are workers being abused?
Walmart low pay, no union, long hours in hard positions, if they get hurt god knows wat life will be like if sick, govt corruption, bad lunch rooms, time theft, products are imported from countries with even more demonic work conditions
Is Wal-Mart that hard to work for? I see plenty of happy Wal-Mart workers. They may not be making a lot but they get by. No one holds a gun to their head. They could work there while going to school. They could work there while looking for other jobs. That's not abuse. And working 8 hours isn't long hours. You think anything over four is too long.
You stock shelves and tell me how easy that is

I stocked shelves in a supermarket for four years. Bagged groceries, cleaned, toilets too. Did that while in school. So don't tell me how hard it is. Stocking groceries is a lot more labor intensive than what they do at Wal-Mart, with the exception of their grocery workers.
I worked at walmart in a better position, pushing shopping carts like bubbles on trailer park boys

If cleaning is part of your duties you clean. And Jesus would approve jobs being provided to feed, clothe, and house you and your family. You aren't owed a great living by anyone. You have to earn it. You think everyone would have a great living if we just take from the rich. Doesn't work that way and never has no matter what economic system you use. But capitalism has brought more people out of poverty than any other. And Jesus said the poor you have with you always. Always. There's no utopia on Earth. And never will be.
Love thy neighbour. Love thy worker. Walmart doesnt do this.

How is Wal-Mart not loving their workers? You seem to think Wal-Mart can work them all 25 hours a week, pay them $100k a year, give them two months off and have company paid healthcare. And I bet if Wal-Mart did that, which they can't, you'd still be unhappy. The problem is you Ricky, not capitalism.

I never said that. Simply read the verses and that's all it's saying. It doesn't address whether slavery is right or not, only how you should be when working for someone
Also, instead of going back to what your ministers are telling you what the bible says about things, maybe go to the bible yourself to see what it says. Then see if it jives with what others with what you understand it to be
