Access to treatment was easier so more people sought treatment. You are continuing to demonstrate a lack of understanding. There was no mention of rates of addiction.

you don't get drug treatment if you are not an addict . why do I continuously have to beat you with the common sense stick?

Grow and production operations are still at a relatively small scale in the legal market. A company like Phillip-Morris could really drive cost down given the opportunity.
And the next foot falls again, and again, and again you want total legalization of all drugs because you're tired of paying prices as they exist in an illegal market, as well as the fear of becoming a criminal defendant.

Programs like D.A.R.E. that tell kids drugs will ruin their lives. Fools like Sessions that treat marijuana like it's crack.

I have not heard sessions compare pot to crack. I support legalizing pot. Until that pot is legalized federally it is illegal. don't like that get the law changed.

The black market gets it from the major corporations and sells to those who can't obtain the product legally. Have you ever heard of the black market pertaining to arms sales? Do you believe the arms sold are manufactured by the black market sellers? You are either ignorant about the black market and how it works or are purposely attempting to deceive.

so if there is a black market then the source has to be and can only be corporations? hooo boy

It will be fine

they are getting treatment when they do not have a problem? have you lost your mind?
I guess I need to go slow. There are X addicts. In an illegal environment say 20%X seek treatment. In a decriminalized environment say 50%X seek treatment. Treatment numbers have risen, addicts have not. Can you follow?

And do you know the back story on this? New York gets taxes from legal cigarette sales. These guys on the street selling cigarettes aren't paying taxes. So the city government sent the cops out to clear them off the street. The guy wasn't doing anything but selling cigarettes. Might have been illegal, but he was just trying to make a living, nothing to die over. But big government needs it's revenue.
