If I, as a business owner, sell a product to an individual my part of the transaction is complete. How would I possibly know what the customer did with the product after the transaction?

The black market gets it from the major corporations and sells to those who can't obtain the product legally. Have you ever heard of the black market pertaining to arms sales?
