When I started part time in 1986, I was paid $8/hr, twice the minimum wage....plus full benefits after 90 days.
Wow..somebody really sold out their Part timer brothers at some point. Lets start all part timers at $20 an hour! A company who brings in 9 billion a year should!

I'm not being a maroon brother.
I'm concerned about the fixed income retirees about to pay $400 a month for a plan that is laughable at best. Then your boys are running the pension funds into the ground!!

Some of us retirees don't even have insurance unless we buy our own.

Consider yourself lucky if you do, because it's not the same everywhere.

We've just seen noncaucasian "old guard" folk take a hit for their actions lately so educate yourself.

Back on topic:
How about a rolling 5 day period to get on the 9.5 list instead of m-friend or tu-sat restrictions?
Put back the teeth in this issue so they can get more drivers on the road.

I'm going to make a concerted effort with others to not bother you anymore. I feel like picking on people with mental problems isn't right. I hope that you find help, as well as some common ground.

That's ok brother. I got my bike back. It's a much better bike. It doesn't cost me money every time I use it. By serving this country I have a bike for the rest of my life. I just feel bad for my co workers. Their bike got stolen from them and they even had them chained up. Their own union stole their bikes! I will always fight for my brothers and sisters. That's the difference between me and you. I have my bike back but I'm so concerned about that poor retiree who is living on a fixed income and about to pay $$$$$$$$$400 a month for a watered down healthcare plan when he was promised the company plan for $50 a month. DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW BAD THIS IS HURTING THOSE WHO PAVED THE ROAD FOR YOU ?
CO PAYS OUT THE REAR END.
I ALSO AM CONCERNED FOR MY DEAR PART TIMERS WHO CANT EVEN AFFORD A HOT DOG IN THE UPS CAFE. THEY CANT AFFORD TO PAY THE COPAYS OF TEAMCARE

Fixed income implies that they are having to choose between food and medicine. This is clearly not the case. Anyone who thought that their $50/month retiree health insurance premium would remain fixed was either being foolhardy or oblivious.

I don't know if this was mentioned yet but now with Tues-Sat I'm sure we are gonna see a lot more forced 6th punches which wouldn't count towards 9.5 overtime language.....in my local they can't force a 6th day but it's my understanding they can force a 6th day across the country

$15/hr would be a more reasonable compromise.

$1/hr annual pay raises for 5 years with a top out of $20/hr.
Why the heck would anyone but management and stock holders want an hourly employee to "top out" in wages?
Only an off the street hire would post that stupidity.
Should've topped you out at $25 so we wouldn't have to put up with your "intelligence" on here because you said you'd quit if that happened..
Ridiculous.

Same as a driver....a pulse and the ability to say "sign here", and "where do you want these packages at"...it's all manual labor...so easy a monkeybutt could do it...(for at least 6 months :) )
