Brother I would never lease a car .
That's your whole problem. You are leasing cars and you think you should get paid less money an hour. Does your wife hold your tennis balls in her purse ?
Ex wife.

TeamCare has 23 months of reserve. PT's have low utilization of services (as expected) and their premiums reflect that by being $100+ less per week than FT's.How many PTers actually use their benefits?
This may well be why our Healthcare Fund has an 18 month surplus.
Drivers go out withty loads because millenials/milleniels lack a work ethic.
Your a funny guy. Lack of work ethic yet productive enough to make UPS billions!!!
A lawyer that knows the ins and out of contract law.

My preloaders suck and I have never met them, to my knowledge. My loader is excellent and I take care of him at Peak.
Well there you go. I guess all a PTer needs is a $200 bonus come Christmas? My loader is excellent and I take care of him at Peak.

I give my preloader $200. He goes above and beyond.$100.
The ironic part is he goes on road for Peak and I have to deal with a different loader for a month or so.

Why don't you just give the preloader the wages you want to give back to ups next contract? That would pay his medical co pays and soon to be first ever deductibleA $200 tip in my building would be unheard of; in fact, the two other drivers in my loop think that I am too generous.
When you think about, $100 works out to about $2/week.

I'm sorry to hear that. We should have all had the same since day one. I was fighting for you to have what I had since day 1.Our plan has had co-pays and deductibles for as long as he has worked here.
OH HELL NO!!!!Would it be better if UPS negotiated your next contract with UPS?
