A $200 tip in my building would be unheard of; in fact, the two other drivers in my loop think that I am too generous.

When you think about, $100 works out to about $2/week.
Why don't you just give the preloader the wages you want to give back to ups next contract? That would pay his medical co pays and soon to be first ever deductible

Our plan has had co-pays and deductibles for as long as he has worked here.
I'm sorry to hear that. We should have all had the same since day one. I was fighting for you to have what I had since day 1.
Instead we had corrupt union leaders who stole members votes. It won't happen again
