He is making decisions at the State level and pushing local decisions down to their level.
The dumbflock reporters there are incredulous that Cuomo is letting the local governments make decisions like whether to close schools.

I haven't seen anyone blame Trump for coronavirus, just attempting to hold him accountable for the absolutely horrible response his government had to the problem.
Complete failure during the 1st true national emergency his administration has faced. Trump is completely blowing the response to this.

this virus has similar characteristics to previous viruses thus there are already companies that have vaccines ready for testing or are close to being ready.
