Its called a 9.5 grievance. File enough of em and youll find yourself home at 7 every night. They get real tired of giving out free money. Look into it someday.

I will be filing my 12th grievance since the first week in May for excessive overtime. Around here they are not even holding hearings anymore, just paying out the 9.5 grievances once a month.
