Then you have a horrible steward and local. I was paid within 2 weeks on every 9.5 grievance I ever filed.

Our steward is good our local is crap and our center manager just sits on the grievances. It got so bad we had to bring in the labor board. Our center has over 300 unresolved grievances right now. I just got mine settled got paid $2400.
