Both slates put in different proposals for the same thing. Everyone wanted to get rid of it but still wanted to put in safeguards.Anyone have the official position of leadership on this move? It could be political wrangling. They were against it back when they over road the will of the electorate.
Regional costs. That won’t happen why should bob be payed less for doing the same job because of where he lives
You want to divide folks propose that
So they were against it before they were for it.Both slates put in different proposals for the same thing. Everyone wanted to get rid of it but still wanted to put in safeguards.
You’d be blind to reality if you truly think that division doesn’t already exist. Besides we already have employees making more doing the same job in other classifications. Our PTers start at $21 an hour, that wasn’t a typo. They indeed start at a higher wage then our 22.4’s. You think that’s ok?That won’t happen why should bob be payed less for doing the same job because of where he lives

Put subcontracting on the list. This is good news, perhaps real changes can now happen. First off would be eliminating National pay scale to finally address wage discrepancies across the country. Secondly, eliminate the divisive 22.4 position. Your schedule, be it M-friend, T-S, or Sun-Wed should be simply based on seniority while still giving all drivers equal protection and rights.
CYA on the slate that chose to ignore the voters decision. Not going to work. Both slates put in different proposals for the same thing. Everyone wanted to get rid of it but still wanted to put in safeguards.
What are the odds that even if no is the majority, they’ll come up with some other excuse to slam it thru? What they did to us last time was an absolute disgrace. UPS says we hear our employees we will go back to the table. Union says nah that’s ok, contract ratified.
I don't understand what you mean.So they were against it before they were for it.
Many many companies already do cost of living adjustments. What a position pays in CA doesn't pay the same in North Dakota. That won’t happen why should bob be payed less for doing the same job because of where he lives
You want to divide folks propose that
Which slate would that be since the "slate" that chose to ignore the voters is not running and Dennise Taylor isn't on a slate.CYA on the slate that chose to ignore the voters decision. Not going to work.
I'm voting for Joe's slateWhich slate would that be since the "slate" that chose to ignore the voters is not running and Dennise Taylor isn't on a slate.

How’s that the guy in Bismarck’s faultMany many companies already do cost of living adjustments. What a position pays in CA doesn't pay the same in North Dakota.
Joe's a good guy!I'm voting for Joe's slate
I agree but it's about being about to attract people. Just look at the PTers. Starting now ranges from 15, 17, 18, 22 and 24How’s that the guy in Bismarck’s fault
All package drivers need to be paid the same wage
Lol, high cost of living members out number you! How’s that the guy in Bismarck’s fault
All package drivers need to be paid the same wage
It is the same wage, adjusted up in high cost of living areas. Don't worry, lower cost of living areas will still be ahead. How’s that the guy in Bismarck’s fault
All package drivers need to be paid the same wage
Had a person in our office that used their shuttle pkg cars to get into the bldg. When we went back to work, my last grievance I had to process before I retired was for her. We won the grievance but it was difficult to help her under the circumstances.Did Anyone here work with anyone that crossed the line? How were they treated when everyone went back to work?
