Honestly sometimes in the back of a truck or in the sort aisle you can use their help and it’s better than them just standing around bitching at you. Least that’s the way I see it as long as they don’t abuse it
I work in a New England Hub and constantly have to break jams on the belts in unload while our supervisors sit around doing nothing. My question is do I actually have to break the jams myself or can I make supervisors do it?
Newer guy last week brought 2 streets back cause he doesn’t like delivering them in the dark (longer driveways with no turnarounds, curvy narrow road so you have to back into them to park and walk packages).
Drivers with seniority got a good laugh and told him... then don’t, Break trace and deliver them whwn it’s still light.
