Interesting legal question, are executive actions legal if Autopen Biden did not physically sign them?

Fascinating and Milley must be more than a wee bit nervous today.

If they’re not, then a lot of previous presidents rulings will be wiped out, because plenty have done it before Biden

And?

Those guys are in jail, waiting for trials for those things that they have not been convicted of yet just like they should be they were not pardoned for those things.

“Middendorf entered a guilty plea in that case in May 2024 and was sentenced to 19 years in prison. He is currently registered as a sex offender in the state and remains in custody on those charges”

Sure, but like like I said most of those guys if they had other charges pending they were transferred directly to the next authorities or picked up a few days later, they were not pardon further previous crimes if they had any.

Again,

“offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol" on Jan. 6.”

I love those cases sound pretty flimsy. One guy has guns and supposedly had a recently done cocaine so they’re going to put him in jail? We’re having weapons at his own home. I mean, I guess if Hunter Biden can get pardoned for that why not him?

The other guy was supposedly a felon who had a gun and they planned on prosecuting him and then “they” decided not to, he wasn’ pardon for that by Trump. The case against him must’ve been pretty crappy so they decided not to move forward.

The article I was responding to was about a guy who Biden pardoned who then arrested for cocaine and gun charge

nowhere special
Joe Biden’s notecard doesn’t just tell him which reporters to call on, it includes what order to call on them in and what PRE-SUBMITTED questions they’re going to ask. There’s no way this happened under Trump.. Embarrassing.
