In NorCal if you DQ yourself it's 1 year, if you get DQ'D it's 6 months.

Actually its 6 months the first time you get DQed and 1 year everytime after that.
If you self DQ its 2 years (24 months). Article 19 Section 4. NorCal supplmental

Two good friends of mine played for the Bobcats back in the early 2000s and one played for the Grizzlies.
Used to go to Bozeman to watch some games and drove up to Sac and Cal poly to watch games also. Only reason I actually pay attention to them.

Oh right on! I am not really a hardcore Griz fan although I am partial to them because most of my family went to college there.
