It's not why they dump stops on you. You get extra stops due to you coming in to early everyday. Not to mention the two free hours you give ups everyday. In my experience these fools ALWAYS think they are the smartest people in the room and are the only ones with any work ethic....even though they are out there cutting every corner to get done. Everyone else is a slug in their eyes. Seen some of these dudes(seem to be always males..go figure) get hurt so bad they have to quit. Others end up doing some shady and the sups can only look the other way so long before someone calls them out on things. Have seen a few of these idiots walked out then get their jobs back only to be walked out for good for the same thing. Others just get tired of being browns bitch and end up quitting...just my experience but would bet it is very similar around all of brown land.

I used to go prettyslow when I was in package but amazingly I still finished in 8.5 hours every day. Slow and steady wins the race. You on the other hand are just going excessively slow to be a dick bag.

Pace and time on the clock have almost no correlation, if anything, a steady pace causes strong fluctuations in hours worked.

Must have had a good route. Most of em you have to bust ass to get done in 8.5. Those of us who work at a steady pace are coming in at like 9 or 10. And we have a few who drag it out to 12/14.

The ones that file 9.5 don't do their fair share imo. They do the bare minimum to keep their job. If playing the system = stealing time and filing 9.5. I don't wanna be a part of that system.

Some of these guys do have a very legitimate beef

But as you said a few guys do play the system
