Do a little bit of digging and you'll see why states are taking their good old time making every effort to make the vote count a 1 and done deal. THE STATES ARE BROKE. The last thing they need is a long dragged out and COSTLY load of appeals and recounts. Don't believe me. Go look at Pa . It's annual budget is around 32 billion. But, this year they only passed a half year budget that ends in December but even that half year budget is cranking out a 5 billion dollar deficit.

And Pa is not the only state in a budget crisis.

Well of course they're broke , all Democrat run cities , counties and states are broke because they don't know how to budget their money !!! But don't fear higher taxes are coming !!!
