Don't worry there will be more shots for everyone to take that won't help with these variants either. But at least the takers will feel like they are doing something, some how good.

So yesterday was thanksgiving and I tried to avoid any political arguments
But at one point I’m drinking pretty heavy and somehow we got to talking about China virus and my cousin who I’m fairly close with his fiancée was saying she wanted people who didn’t take the vaccines tested to go to their wedding next September. And I’m like what for anyone who’s concerned got their shots it should work for them? And she’s like well you can still get it… So why take the shots ? Shouldn’t everyone be tested to go to your wedding then? you just admitted it’s meaningless.
Said you do what you want but there’s no way I’m gonna submit to any testing that obviously can’t be trusted. Of course by next September were gonna be in a world of pain so maybe it doesn’t even matter
