And yet, the tools at UPS's disposal are there if they make the effort.

They can quite easily require the record on UPSers or something, and automatically disable timecards for those not meeting the testing requirements for that week.

Why aren’t businesses being mandated to require vaccines for other ailments that are just as prevalent (some even more deadly) than the KungFlu? The answer is simple. Very powerful people were promised money for these vaccines. When the payment is due for such promises the people that made them start getting desperate.
