A friend of mine at another big trucking company was told he needed to get vaxed or tested. He told them nope on both. They threatened to fire him so he turned around and walked out after 13 years. Big boss called him back 2 hours later and offered him a position at another location which happened to be closer to his house. Sometimes things end up being a win-win.
