I've been watching Barnes' explanations of the case as It's progressed. I believe this argument is rooted in the fact that thanks to the PREP act, individuals can't sue pharmaceutical companies over vaccine injuries unless the DOJ is also a plaintiff.

It's right in the court filings. I guess those are conspiracy when they support conservative views, but absolutely prove that election fraud didn't happen because courts refused to hear evidence.
