How about the parents who feed their kids the wrong food to set them up to be fat for life? Then they have an early death because of the parents choice.

Contrast that with the ones who get sex changes and grow up healthy and do not have a life of suffering from obesity.

One big difference in the two though. If a child is fed poorly that child can still fix that issue as they get older by learning and changing to a healthy diet. A child that has had their body parts added/cut off has no alternative for the future. They will never have children of their own even if they try to reverse all of the surgeries and medical treatments
