What gets me is why is the union so silent on this they need to make their position clear and stop sitting on their hands election or not
Maybe they want to see which position to take so the leadership can make the most money out of it.
If history repeats itself, that's the answer.

So both candidates said in debates that the vax is subject to collective bargaining. Iā€™m guessing that the union will do nothing and say nothing until UPS steps up and says, ā€œOk, hereā€™s our plan for the OSHA vax mandate rules..ā€. And Iā€™m further guessing that hasnā€™t happened yet because UPS probably wants to let others fights it out in the courts first. And get as much of Peak 2020 delivered before opening up that can of worms.

All the brothaz in my hub and there is a lot aren't vaxxed and don't want it either

That is one of the reasons that the Biden Administration will never implement the vaccine requirement in our workplaces. Will they disfranchise most of their own supporters just before the mid terms, they have to apply the penalties fairly and cannot discriminate against a particular race or religion. During the campaign Harris cast doubt on what she claimed was a "Trump Vaccine", a lot of people took that to belief and will react accordingly, there is nothing to be said now to change peoples minds particularly with the distrust and misinformation floating around the internet.

I have no issue with people not taking the jab, I got two and still caught it. Only suffered a 3 day mild flu like symptom, took the 10 day quarantine from work. At work I still maintain a 6 foot distance from everybody, masked or not and do not talk to anybody, punch in and punch out

See I think deciding NOT to take it due to politics is about as silly as agreeing to take it due to politics. For many the benefits may outweigh the risks, Itā€™s a medical decision not a political one.

All I ask is they give us all the information and let us choose whatā€™s right for us individually.

Exactly what are the possible side effects? How many people really are dying? How much money does the pharma company get per dose and per boo$ter? Why did the government have to grant the pharma companies blanket immunity from any liabilities claims related to the covid vax?

I can always decide to take the vax, but itā€™s a one way trip. So pardon me for asking questions Mr. President.
according to vaers site 18,000 have died from it and that's only a small percentage of the real number, 800,000 negative reactions.
