Did the study you quote give odds on long term negative effects? No, because unless you have a Time Travel Machine you can’t know what the results of multiple gene manipulations might be. Did this study only include otherwise healthy people? That would certainly change the results.

Emergency approval not actual approval. Most vaccines take ten years to be approved. Two FDA members just QUIT because they approved it for children. Probably the last few ethical ones left. You are right science is competition of intellect. It's encouraging discriminating discussion from all sides in an attempt to disprove a specific theory. Science is not allowing a handful of installed career government spokesmen in pharmaceutical giants who have lost billions in lawsuits for opioid epidemics and to peddle a product, all parrot the same narrative on mainstream media saying over and over "it's safe and effective", while censoring and cancelling doctors and scientists around the world with evidence to the contrary, coercion of masses by threats of losing their livelihood if they don't take a medical procedure which is proven and even widely acknowledged now to not do anything for anybody.
