I’m on your side, however I think the employees are going to have to pay for the test. Not cheap either. Not sure what you do, but I just saw an article about truckers being exempt.

Well, I contacted the union. Some guy named al Betts? He said the union is negotiating that with the company as we speak. Hopefully between the court delaying the mandate, the labor department exempting certain employees like truckers from the vaccine, and the union negotiating, we won’t have to do anything

We don’t have a dictatorship. It’s not legal for a president to mandate something. It’s not a law he doesn’t have the authority. I think ups knows they would have to back pay a lot of people if they fired them. I don’t think we can be fired for an unlawful mandate that’s not in our contract. Period file a grievance and get a lawyer. This is all a smoke screen. It’s another trick to get people to roll up their sleeves. Just ignore it

Multiple states have banned businesses from asking about vaccination status.
So the state laws are in effect, and UPS has absolutely no way to prepare for if the feds win the lawsuits.
This authoritarian edict isn't going into effect anytime soon folks. I highly doubt it ever will.

People gotta stop comparing Germany of the 30s to what the left and communists are doing today, the brown shirts were not out there rioting in the streets, they were fighting back against aggressive communist bolsheviks who would raid and cause chaos at rallies.
Hitler actually saved Germany economically, something the crazy left/antifa/zionists are not looking to do today. The Enemy of Hitler is our current enemy today, and they got everyone to believe he was the bad one in history.

Hitler had radical Ernst Röhm and his feared Brownshirts, also called Sturmabteilung (storm troopers), to storm into the meetings of his political opponents, disrupting and shouting down speakers.
Brownshirts organized Antifa-style protests and street riots, smashing windows, blocking traffic, setting fires, vandalizing, and even beating to death innocent bystanders to spread fear and panic.
They implemented boycotts of Jewish businesses, and in the Kristallnacht (Night of Broken Glass), they smashed windows of over 7,500 Jewish stores and 200 synagogues.
Once securely in power, Hitler had his SS and Gestapo secret police kill the Brownshirts in the Night of the Long Knives, thus eliminating competition and giving the public impression that he was cracking down on lawbreakers.
Each issue has two sides and depending on which side you are on make you either for or against that side. So it seems you are on Hitler‘s side and agree with what he did. That’s OK that‘s your side. Just like there are people that like what Antifa and Biden is doing in this country. That is just another side that people choose to be on. We will look back in the near future and see who was on what side in history just like we do now about Germany.

-Ruiling sides with Texas, but is a *nationwide* injunction.
-One Reagan and two Trump Judges made the ruiling.
-In their ruiling, the Judges cited a tweet by MSM re WH COS admiting Biden Admin was trying to circumvent Constitution to force people to be vaccinated.
-Only appeal now is thru Justice Alito to SCOTUS.

Finally someone who understands. That was the last real reaction to the global plan to evaporate European people. We still haven’t mustered up anything as calculated since.
