I'm a part time supervisor and I can't have a beard and i want to know why? I don't interact with any customers or anything. Any ideas why?

Supposedly "looks unprofessional" which is stupid. Idk who decided to claim themselves as lord of all professional standards,but the military is like that too, yet many other countries allow service members and other proffessionals to wear beards. Neatly groomed of course. Im hoping next contract we can at least get winter beards allowed during peak

Those are the rules someone at corporate came up with years ago. You don't need to know why nor does it matter if you did you just have to follow them or look for another job.
