it hasn’t happened consistently yet!So the preload-not being able to wrap problem will be solved or continue?
Say wut? Trailers rolling in after 8 every morning.it hasn’t happened consistently yet!
Can’t blame it on the Ops manager anymoreSay wut? Trailers rolling in after 8 every morning.
I don’t even know what they actually were responsible for? Must not be much if you can simply hack the position. Sorta' like center manager. Can’t blame it on the Ops manager anymore
Start time is 10am at the earliest at my hub. Soon driving will be a night jobSay wut? Trailers rolling in after 8 every morning.
Who ever is in charge should be fired.Start time is 10am at the earliest at my hub. Soon driving will be a night job
It was more likely preload wasn’t wrapped than wrapped most of the weekWho ever is in charge should be fired.
You gonna fire the whole hub?Who ever is in charge should be fired.
And again… whoever is in charge should be fired. It’s pretty simple. Start. Preload. Earlier. It was more likely preload wasn’t wrapped than wrapped most of the week
The case cracker! If only they cared…And again… whoever is in charge should be fired. It’s pretty simple. Start. Preload. Earlier.
They’re worried about a few extra minutes at minimum wage and would rather pay multiple hours of OT to top rate drivers. The case cracker! If only they cared…
Right? That’s exactly what we would say standing around on the belt. They’re worried about a few extra minutes at minimum wage and would rather pay multiple hours of OT to top rate drivers.
Yep. And the sad thing is many preloaders would gladly take those extra minutes.Right? That’s exactly what we would say standing around on the belt.
Never understood it.Yep. And the sad thing is many preloaders would gladly take those extra minutes.
No, just the person that is not giving the right orders. You gonna fire the whole hub?
They just don’t hold preload…No, just the person that is not giving the right orders.
So the whole hub.No, just the person that is not giving the right orders.
Plus extra miles. Once you get out late everything go downhill. They’re worried about a few extra minutes at minimum wage and would rather pay multiple hours of OT to top rate drivers.
So the preload-not being able to wrap problem will be solved or continue?
If your preload runs into start time the preloaders & drivers are all getting paid. I say overstuff by one or 2. Keep your splits clean, increase the flow, & use the extra preloaders to help with stack out, blow bys, etc. I can always let someone go early if I have to. I’ve always got someone wanting to go home.Yep. And the sad thing is many preloaders would gladly take those extra minutes.
