I got this new crappy preloader. Crap been falling all over the truck all day and these bulk stops are killing me. It be like one stop and 25 pieces and what not

Is your preloader new or just new to you? I always ask my drivers how they want things. so far I haven't had complaints, or someone just hasn't told me. If you're there early enough to see him/her try talking to them about their work. As many on here have said, the preloader starts off the drivers day and can set the drivers attitude for that day. Hopefully I don't give headaches to my drivers like i used to. Lol l hope it gets better for you.
